asked the Minister of Fuel and Power how much coal has so far been imported from U.S.A.; and at which ports it has been unloaded.

Mr. Gaitskell

So far, 583,000 of tons U.S. coal have arrived in this country. The ports of unloading were Mersey, Bristol Channel, including Avonmouth, Clyde, Thames, Humber, Belfast, Plymouth and Southampton.
