asked the Secretary to the Treasury what was the allocation of private cars to Ministers, Parliamentary and Under-Secretaries during the Coalition Government; and what changes have since been made.

During the Coalition Government, as at present, cars were allocated only to Cabinet Ministers and Ministers of Cabinet rank.
