§ 55. Mr. Bowdenasked the Minister of Food what are financial terms of the agreement under which the United Africa Company has been appointed as his managing agents for the launching of the East African Groundnut Scheme.
§ Mr. StracheyThe expenditure incurred by the company will be reimbursed by the Ministry, but the company—and I should like to thank them for this—has agreed to make no claim to any remuneration for its services; in other words it is a cost, but not a cost plus, basis.
