§ 77. Mr. Sparksasked the Minister of Health if he is now in a position to state what effect the fuel crisis and the severe frosts and snow have had upon the production of building materials and the progress of the 1947 housing programme; and if he is satisfied that materials will be forthcoming in sufficient quantities this year to fulfil the provisions of the programme.
