§ Mr. T. WilliamsI intend to use all the publicity resources at my disposal to emphasize that it is more essential even than in the war years to secure the maximum contribution to our food supplies next winter from allotments and gardens. This applies equally to potatoes and other vegetables, and I consider that a proper balance between these two classes of crops should be preserved on the lines set out 1660 in the cropping plans issued by my Department.
