§ Mr. ShinwellNo fuel is to be allocated to growers during 1947 for the specific purposes of forcing flowers and bulbs. Under present arrangements 25 per cent. of heated glasshouse space may be devoted to crops other than food crops provided the remaining 75 per cent. is devoted to food growing.
