§ Sir S. CrippsI regret that the supply position for vacuum flasks is still tight and that the permit scheme for one pint "Thermos" flasks cannot yet be dropped. This scheme takes full account of the needs of agricultural and other rural workers as well as those cases in which there are no other facilities for giving babies a hot drink. Vacuum flasks made by other companies, together with other products of the "Thermos" Company can be bought without permits.
