§ Mr. BevanI have no trace of the receipt of any letter from the Immingham Parish Council. I am, however, in communication with the Grimsby Rural District Council, and consent will be given on the receipt of certain necessary documents.
§ Mr. OsborneBut the communication was sent by the rural district council of Grimsby months ago. Because there has been no answer from the Minister's Department, the working class children of Immingham have been denied the use of these playing fields. Will the Minister expedite a decision in this matter?
§ Mr. BevanI have answered that, as soon as the necessary documents can be obtained, the matter will be further considered.
