I beg to move, in page 3, line 41, at the end, to add: (2) The Ministry of Home Affairs for Northern Ireland shall have power to enforce the provisions of this Act in Northern Ireland, and for that purpose may employ the inspector appointed by the Ministry under section eight of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act (Northern Ireland), 1925. This Amendment is in part designed to deal with the point raised by the hon. Member for Putney (Mr. Linstead) in the Second Reading Debate, and it is also raised by the new Clause which I shall move later on. The provision in respect of Northern Ireland, is set out in this Amendment.
