§ 13. Mr. Skeffington-Lodgeasked the Minister of Labour whether, in the case of those prisoners, of war who may be unemployed in Germany, and who were repatriated prior to the adoption of the scheme enabling prisoners to remain in this country as free workmen, he will consider allowing them to return under an arrangement imposing the same conditions as apply to men now opting to stay here.
