§ Mr. WilmotThe business and premises of Thorium, Ltd., at Amersham, have been acquired on the basis of agreed valuations of the freehold property, equipment, stock-in-trade and goodwill. The company is responsible, as my agent and under my direction, for running the Radiochemical Centre for the processing, packing and distribution of natural and artificial radioactive substances required for medical, scientific and industrial purposes. It would be contrary to the usual practice to disclose either the terms of the acquisition or the management fee.
