MarshallThe Crawley New Town Development Corporation and, at their instance, any officers appointed by them in present circumstances, clearly appreciate that such appointments cannot be confirmed, but must remain on a provisional basis until the issues raised by the action now before the High Court are disposed of. My right hon. Friend is in agreement with the corporation's policy in this regard.
