§ Mr. GaitskellChurches consuming more than 100 tons of coal per annum are supplied under programme on an annual basis and are expected to place a proportion of their supplies into stock during the summer. Smaller churches can now obtain licences from their Local Fuel Overseers enabling them to acquire a proportion of their winter requirements of coal and coke for stocking during the summer.
