asked the Minister of National Insurance when he expects to advertise for applications for appointments under the National Health Insurance Scheme.

An invitation to apply for posts in the Ministry of National Insurance will be issued, within, I hope, the next fortnight, to all full-time approved society staffs who are wholly or mainly engaged on National Health Insurance work. There will, however, be vacancies in my Department for others with suitable experience, and I expect to be ready to advertise in the early autumn for applications from such persons.
