asked the Secretary of State for Scotland the reasons why the Housing Advisory Committee has not met since July, 1945.

Since July, 1945, the Scottish Housing Advisory Committee has met on three occasions, namely. in December, 1945, March, 1946, and July, 1946, and has submitted three important reports, the last of which was published in April of this year. I hope to avail myself of the Committee's services on further inquiries as occasion arises.
