§ Mr. SpeakerI am sorry to say that I am not yet in a position to give a definite Ruling on that matter. I have been looking into it over the week-end, but there are complications. I should prefer to wait a little bit, until I can give a considered opinion, which I hope will be fairly soon, rather than to give a somewhat hurried statement now. Perhaps the hon. Gentleman will wait, and if I notify him that I am ready perhaps he will ask his question again.
