§ Mr. BarnesI am informed that the creosoting plants owned by the railways are already fully occupied with the treatment of sleepers, crossing timbers, telegraph poles, cable boxes and other components, all for railway use. In some cases the creosoting of telegraph poles and cable boxes has had to be put out to contract.
