§ Mr. BuchananI beg to move, in page 93, line 11, after "to," to insert:
and shall be determined, in default of agreement, in like manner as.Clause 81 provided that a purchase notice may not be served under Clause 16 in respect of any interest in Crown land unless an offer has previously been made to the owner dispossessed of the land by an appropriate authority as defined under Clause 81 (6). The Amendment makes it clear that one of the conditions of the offer must be that there will be arbitration on the price if agreement cannot be reached.
