I beg to move, in page 71, line 5, to leave out "on application being," and to insert: as soon as may be after an application has been. In this Amendment we have tried to meet a suggestion made in Committee that words should be imported into Clause 64 which would make it plain that the Central Land Board must deal with applications for the fixing of development charge as quickly as possible. That is the purpose of this Amendment
