I beg to move in page 118, line 20, at the end, to insert: (2) This Act shall come into force on the appointed day: Provided that—

  1. (a) section one of this Act, and
  2. (b) subsection (2) of section thirty-three of this Act and subsection (2) of section thirty-four of this Act and any other provisions in sections thirty-three to forty-four of this Act which relate to the acquisition of land under either of those subsections, and
    3. 1987
  3. (c) sections forty-five to fifty-one of this Act, so much of section eighty-five of this Act as relates to land acquired before the appointed day, subsection (2) of section one hundred and six of this Act so far as it relates to Part I of the Ninth Schedule to this Act, and Part I of the said Ninth Schedule,
shall come into force on the date of the passing of this Act. This is to make clearer the date on-which the Bill comes into effect.
