§ Mr. PatonIs my hon. Friend aware that Mousehold Heath is a historic spot and an indispensable place of recreation for the people in my constituency of Norwich, and does my hon. § Mr. FreemanYes, certain types of Army training can take place without causing interference.
§ Mr. PatonIn view of the importance of Mousehold Heath to this area, will the Department be willing to consider representations on the matter and to reconsider the position?
