§ Following are the details:
§ It has been decided that German prisoners who are incapacitated as the result of injuries arising out of their work and not due to their own negligence, shall receive during their incapacity pay at a daily rate equal to half their daily earnings at the time of the accident, averaged over the days worked during the preceding four weeks, together with good work output bonus of a similar amount and the whole of the bonus credit given to habitual good workers, if they were in receipt of such bonuses at the time of the injury.
