HyndQuadripartite agreement has now been reached on the provision of international telephone and telegraph communications with Germany, and the date of opening will be announced as soon as the administrative details have been worked out. Business communications will initially have to be confined to the exchange of information but the question of extending the service to permit the closing of business transactions is under urgent examination.
