Figures for the war years are not available, and those for 1946 have not yet been compiled.
§ Mr. FreemanIs it not a fact that these figures, when collected, would show a continuous decline over every one of these 15 years, and, in view of the fact that this port has every modern facility, does my hon. Friend not agree that steps should be taken to improve the position?
§ Mr. MarquandWe are continually studying the problem of traffic in South-West ports, and we are doing all we can.
