I beg to move, That this House on Wednesday next do resolve itself into a Committee to consider His Majesty's Most Gracious Message of the 18th November relating to provision for Her Royal Highness the Princess Elizabeth and Lieutenant Philip Mountbatten, R.N., now His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh, and also to consider the expediency of amending Section 8 of the Civil List Act, 1937, and that the report which on 9th December was made by the Select Committee on the Civil List be referred to the said Committee.

Yes, the Committee will be a Committee of the Whole House.
