§ Mr. BevanI have asked the Welwyn Rural District Council to submit proposals for adapting the camp for family accommodation. Water supply is already available, and an immediate examination is being made of the electricity installation to see if it can be restored.
§ Mr. Asterley JonesIs my right hon. Friend aware that discussions on this matter have been going on since September, and is it not now time that a decision was reached?
§ Mr. BevanI think decisions have been reached, but the work has not yet been carried out. The sewerage system is defective and may have to be abandoned and other facilities installed.
