§ Mr. W. EdwardsA further meeting was held with the Staff Association concerned on 22nd October, as a result of which they have submitted more detailed representations in writing in support of their particular claim on behalf of these production chemists. These written representations are receiving urgent consideration, and special steps will be taken to see that 358 definite proposals are now put to the Association with the minimum of delay.
