§ 75. Mr. Boothbyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland why the order for 200 rock drifter drills in the U.S.A. was not placed with a company which, from its Scottish factories, could have provided servicing spares estimated at 10s. per drill per day and thus saved further dollar expenditure.
