HendersonThose European members of the staff of the Indian ordnance factories who were appointed by the Government of India are not covered by the compensation arrangements set out in Command Paper 7116. The entitlement of those appointed by the Secretary of State is under active consideration, and I will communicate with the hon. and gallant Member about them as soon as possible.
