Lieut.-Commander Hutchisonasked the Minister of Pensions if he is now able to say whether men called up under the National Service Bill who sustain injuries whilst undergoing whole-time or part-time 1711 service will be eligible for disability pensions under the existing war pensions instruments; and if there will be a right of appeal to an independent tribunal in the case of disputed claims.
