Mr. De la Bèreasked the Prime Minister whether he will consider setting up a Royal Commission for the purpose of considering making recommendations for the administration and co-ordination of the Ministry of Food and the Ministry of Agriculture, since the present policies of the two Ministries are, in many respects, diametrically opposed.
