Dr. Santo Jegerasked the Attorney-General if he is aware that Constable's Mill and the surrounding land and buildings at Flatford were bequeathed to the nation in 1937, and, in view of certain enclosures and limitations of public rights which have occurred there, what steps he is taking to preserve the public rights.
