HC Deb 30 October 1946 vol 428 cc584-5
6. Lieut.-Commander Clark Hutchison

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, if he will now derequisition the premises of the Edinburgh Ice Rink, Limited at Haymarket, Edinburgh.

The Civil Lord of the Admiralty (Mr. Walter Edwards)

The Edinburgh Ice Rink is at present being used for the storage of engines and spare parts. These are being cleared as quickly as possible and it is hoped to derequisition the rink before the end of the year.
