§ Mr. ShinwellI am aware that the quality of burning oil available for domestic use has slightly deteriorated during the past 12 months. The reason is that there is a general world shortage 442 of this product, and we have had to accept a rather lower quality of oil. I am afraid there is little prospect of any immediate improvement in quality.
