Mr. BaldwinDoes not the Minister realise that by putting this material up for tender en bloc he is restricting it to big business, and would it not be better to put it up for tender in detail, so that small people would have a chance?
§ Mr. WilmotWe are advised by the East African Governors as to the most suitable method of disposal, but I will look into the suggestion which the hon. Member has made.
