CrippsI am aware that lettering brushes have been difficult to obtain, but production of all kinds of artists' brushes is steadily increasing, and is already 50 per cent. higher than in 1945. The proportion of brushes being exported is less than one-fifth of the total output, and I am not prepared to reduce it.
