asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what progress has been made in the negotiations presided over by the Lord Killearn between the Netherlands Commission General and the Indonesian Republican Administration.

There has been no substantial change since my right hon. Friend's references to this subject in the Debate on 22nd October, but I understand that a further meeting between the parties concerned is taking place today.
