Groombridge, 258, Grand Drive, S.W.20, particulars of whose case have been sent to his Department, a widow with a child to support, in order that she may carry on a drapery business at the above address, for which a building licence has been granted.
§ Sir S. CrippsI have reviewed this case and, having regard to the fact that Mrs. Groombridge has been granted a building licence by the local authority, I am now prepared to make an issue of coupons.
