§ 16. Mr. Rees - Williamsasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the permission now accorded to members of His Majesty's Forces to wear civilian clothing when on leave, he will grant them an allowance of coupons to purchase such clothing; and whether he will grant an additional allowance for this purpose to those members of the Regular Forces who have served continuously since 3rd September, 1939, and are still serving.
