CrippsFor their advertising circulars (which are now, for the first time, of a mail order type) the Cooperative Wholesale Society are licensed with 10 per cent. of their pre-war annual consumption of paper for this purpose. The consumption in the basic period was 780 tons and the amount for the current twelve months is, accordingly, 78 tons, of which 36½ tons has so far been licensed.
