§ The Secretary of State for the Home Department (Mr. Ede)I beg to move,
That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, extending Section 1 of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the County Borough of South Shields, a copy of which Order was presented on nth October, be approved.I am informed, Mr. Speaker, that this is the first occasion on which the Secretary of State has had to move an Order relating to his own constituency.
