Resolved: That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department extending Section 1 of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932 to the Borough of Redcar, a copy of which Order was presented on nth October, be approved"—[Mr. Ede.]

I beg to move, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, extending Section 1 of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the County Borough of South Shields, a copy of which Order was presented on nth October, be approved. I am informed, Mr. Speaker, that this is the first occasion on which the Secretary of State has had to move an Order relating to his own constituency.
