§ Mr. BellengerI am not yet able to add anything to the statement regarding our educational plans which was made by my predecessor during the Debate on 27th June. The full implementation of the plans for the future will take some time. They will be developed gradually from the present Army Education Scheme, which is being kept in operation as fully as possible. Under it particular attention is at present being given to the educational needs of the young soldiers who now form so large a proportion of the Army.
