§ 29. Mr. Charles Smithasked the Minister of Health when he expects to make an announcement about the establishment of a tribunal under the Furnished Houses (Rent Control) Act, to cover an area including the borough of Colchester and the Lexden and Winstree rural district.
§ Mr. BevanThe tribunal will be established as soon as suitable offices, for which an urgent search is now being made, can be found for it. I do not at present propose to include the rural district of Lexden and Winstree in the area for which this tribunal will act, since I have not yet received the views of the council in reply to my circulars.
