§ Mr. IsaacsThe first part of the Question should be addressed to my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health. The number of insured men, aged 14 to 64, employed in the building industry in Wales in August, 1939, was approximately 35,000, and it is provisionally estimated that the corresponding figure in July, 1946, was about 28,000.
