Lieut.-Commander Clark Hutchisonasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury why members of the British Red Cross War Organisation, who served 1783 overseas in front line areas and who have been awarded the 1939–45 Star and other campaign stars and medals, are having Income Tax deducted from their gratuities.
