§ Mr. HaleIs the Minister aware that notwithstanding the unequivocal undertaking given to the hon. Member, one Ministry rules that such men can only be deferred if accepted by an agricultural college, and another Ministry rules that no agricultural college can accept them? Will he look into this matter further?
