Mr. Goochasked the Minister of Agriculture whether, in the allocation of additional sugar beet factories, he will consider the claims of Norfolk, where this season the crop is the heaviest on record and where the campaign is expected to run into February, thus running the risk of a great quantity of beet being made useless through frost.
