§ 77. Mr. S. O. Daviesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he proposes to remove the prohibition that precludes members of the police force from forming, should they so desire, a trade union.
§ Mr. EdeThe prohibition was imposed by me Police Act of 1919. No proposal for the amendment of the law in this respect has been made to me by the Police Federation.
