The Under-Secretary of State for Air (Mr. Geoffrey de Freitas)

The present arrangements for leave in the Royal Air Force will continue until 31st March, 1947. Plans for the future are now being worked out, and an announcement will be made as soon as possible.

Air-Commodore Harvey

Will the Under-Secretary give an assurance that, in considering his future plans, leave for air crew personnel will not be cut?

Mr. de Freitas

Certainly, Sir. I give that assurance.
