Resolution reported:
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to clerks of assize and certain other circuit officers, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of—
(a) salaries, pensions and allowances which, by virtue of the said Act, are payable to or in respect of clerks of assize under the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act, 1925; and
(b) remuneration payable to circuit bailiffs.
